Windows 2003 keyset does not exist scheduled task

I am not sure whether the problem is down to Windows 7 or the domain and I do not know whether I have to change policies or permissions or something else. But you can use the cli tool schtasks. I changed the password for the account that is running the task scheduler the normal way, logged off and then back in to run the task. The error still pops up.
