I will try uninstalling it and see if it makes a diff. It could be completely unrelated that the both keep crashing on their own for different reasons. What I think it solved my issue was the fact that I had no Paging Files alocated in the system and did some tweeks setting up on the HDD the minimum Paging files - MB and maximum MB, and after this the Game loaded and I could fly normal and without any other errors.
